Zeinah holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in English. She has 9 years experience working with children in recreational and academic settings. Her academic experience ranges in teaching English Language Arts to general education homework help for elementary and middle school students. She has experience assisting first-time English speakers, youth with special needs, and everyone else in between. In her past recreational experience, she has worked as a camp counselor, dance instructor, and soccer director. Furthermore,Zeinah has worked as a literacy specialist for K-8 grade and has had the opportunity to tutor for the NYC High School Regents Exams in the subjects of English, Global History and U.S History (even while still being in High School!) She also has experience proctoring standardized exams while serving as a Campus Ambassador for Kaplan Test Prep. She has past experience playing chess, and even won a citywide tournament while in elementary school through an NYC program known as "Chess in the Schools".
Zeinah really enjoys being around youth, and hopes for all to be able to reach their full potential. She believes children have the amazing gift of curiosity that she hopes to continue to nurture and push for all of her students to have a love for learning.
